This year WAKEboardSA has really stepped it up, the events are bigger, bolder than ever, the support from all the sponsors, WBSA management committee plus the all important supporters & members are leading to one of the biggest years to date.
Focusing our attention on the up ‘n’ coming superstars of tomorrow has seen an increases in the Rookies and Straight Air categories proving that the NEW division system is a real winner. Kicking off the first of our competition series at the fabulous White Sands Caravan Resort has become a club tradition with a beautiful grass lined stretch of riverfront makes for a perfect backdrop for the Season Launch.
With a strong turnout from competitors during one of the years busiest weekends in SA – (Bathurst, SANFL) really highlighted the massive support and commitment the riders have for undoubtedly one of the most exciting spectator sports on the planet. With the launch of the NEW exciting WBSA clothing apparel compliments the proffesionalism and commitment of our club which is now over 10 years old – SA setting the standard.
With Supra boats pulling the competition at this years first event hosted by Adam Bruce was a winning combination, with perfect weather “hopefully” setting the standard for the rest of the comps was a real treat – helping to make one of the most exciting launches to date.
